Healing the skin rash that is exposed to sunlight

Hot weather often cause rashes on the skin marked itching, burning and redness. These symptoms are also commonly called prickly heat, and can happen to anyone not just kids who have sensitive skin.

The rash usually appears when you are very sweaty and hot or very humid weather. It will usually appear small red bumps. Especially at the surface of the skin rubbing against skin or clothing. To overcome this, there are four ways you can do.

- Cool the skin
Take a few ice cubes. Stick it on the skin that feels sore and itchy for about 5 to 10 minutes, then drain.

- Moisturizer
Some moisturizing lotion also can help to overcome a rash due to hot weather. Special baby care products for your skin can also be used to eliminate the rash. Use lotion two to three times a day. But, remember before use lotions used to clean the skin with soap and water.

- Ground wheat
You can also use wheat powder or baking powder to ward off the itching. Just add a scoop of powder into the warm water, stir until dissolved then rinse the affected skin rash.

- Powder
Immediately a shower if you have a rash. After that use the powder on the affected skin rash. Powder will help absorb excess moisture that causes the rash.
